Upon becoming a mother in 2017, Jordan experienced the immense value of birth advocates and after birth support first-hand. She understands how incredibly transformative and even overwhelming pregnancy and motherhood can feel. That is why she is deeply committed to supporting others in their own journeys of parenthood. With a background in nutrition, yoga teaching, and a devotion to birth empowerment, Jordan brings a strong and compassionate force to a birth room and postpartum team.
Alayna has a rich knowledge base in nourishing foods, perfect for growing families, and shares her love not only by sharing food, but also by making your kitchen spotless afterwards. She holds a deep sense of reverence for the body’s natural abilities to grow and birth babies. She comes accompanied with a warm smile and a grounded nurturing presence, surely to be felt by birthers and their families.
